The number one method used to recruit for MLMs is to lie about how much you are making and how much it will cost to succeed this way, and how much they will make if they join.

My advice is to eat your losses now before you lose more.

The success rate of MLM members is only 0.004%.

The best way to recruit is not to recruit at all. It is to have interested prospects come to you. This is usually done using some type of marketing system (i.e., funded proposal) that lets candidates prequalify themselves (i.e., double opt-in method). I’m using Ann Siegs method, which starts with the 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing (http://chrisandpatricia.the7greatliesofnetworkmarketing.com/). So far it has proven to be very useful and she pays commissions on its sale, so it is generating income at this point.

Regardless of which one system you use, it will require at least one (if not more) to be successful in your MLM.

You have to learn to think slightly out of the box. For example, many people are out trying to preach the fruits of joining the Reverse Funnel System (a new lead converting system) but they go about it all wrong.

Instead of just using the company provided ads and doing the same thing as everyone else that has joined the company teh more successful marketers will use several methods to include:

1 - Myspace
2 - Squidoo Lenses
3 - Free reports: for example -
4 - Forum signatures…etc

There are many courses for sale onlien that deal with how to maket a program do a search online and you’ll find plenty. However if you want a free education go hang out in the warrior forum. It’s free and the information is priceless.

With Mlm its really about dedication and the truth is you are going to have to spend money to learn alot before you can be great at it. The highly respected people in all mlm’s spend thousands of dollars on research and books. But if you are going to look at any i suggest this one, goto my link

That is a book made from Mike Dillard, a very succesful MLM’er the book costs about 30 dollars and he explains everything to start and even has a cool internet system to recruit people online. It talks from the basics to the psychology to MLM. Its a real business to you have to treat it like one. MLm is not a get rich scheme and depending on your upline support is really a great help.

With MLM you have to spend alot of time and the occasional dollar figure. But basicly you have to start with the warm market (family and friends) then go onto cold contacts which are people you dont know, but numbers and ranom people in your day to day life.

It also depends on the company you are with, a great compensation plan always helps. The one I am with has a compensation plan thats 4x above the industry average with amazing toxic free products.

If you want more info on that or some more help with recruiting give us an email.

Hope that helps.
